Orde Street School Council’s Annual Spring Fair will be held at the school on Sunday June 9 from 11:00am -3:00pm.
We are in full planning mode for another fun- filled day for the entire family with games, food and lots of great prizes!!
In order to ensure the continued success of this event, we need your help--it is not too late to get involved! Please reach out to businesses you frequent, any personal contacts you may have or your employer to secure items like gift cards or merchandise to be used as prizes for our raffle.
If you are aware of any area business looking for fantastic promotion both at Orde and the surrounding community, the Spring Fair provides a unique marketing event by enabling business to sponsor an activity or an event such as the food kiosk or the bouncy castle. Official sponsorship letters provide details of the event and sponsorship levels.
The Spring Fair is a wonderful event for the School community but is only successful with the help of volunteers. We need assistance for things such as set up, running games, collecting tickets and selling food, among other things. Please email us if you are interested and available to help.
